Nicola Kelly

Nikki has been with the firm since the very first day having moved from JST Lawyers with Gavin and Q to help establish the practice, she is Head of the Administration team and takes responsibility for the day to day running of the office. Nikki – the ‘real boss’ around the office – plays an invaluable role within the practice and ensures the smooth running of the firm and has been instrumental in our rapid growth thanks to her organizational skills which are often stretched to the limit by certain staff members (mentioning no names – Gavin!)
When not keeping all of us in check Nikki enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and the odd glass of red wine – well, she is a Liverpool fan so she does need something to help her through the 90 minutes.

Shelley Randles

Shelley Joined Mercury Legal in February 2008, and has recently been moved into the road traffic accident department in a fee earner role. Shelly has many years experience in the legal sector and before being poached by Mercury Legal she worked at E J Bamforths Solicitors in Chester but they have since forgiven us for stealing her away.

Recently married, Shelley spends most of her spare time trying to control her Japanese Akita dog called bolt; no mean task seeing as he weighs more than Shelley does!

Shelley’s claim to fame is that she once danced on stage with pop band Five.

She has worked in the legal sector for 14 years, specialising in accidents at work, accidents in public places and road traffic accidents, having previously worked at Lees Lloyd Whitley and Silverbeck Rymer solicitors in Liverpool.

She is also a member of the ACII Association, a qualification gained whilst working in the Defendant insurance sector and as such Roision has a valuable insight into both sides of the claims process which has proven beneficial to her clients.

Married with two children, Roision like nothing more than cooking for her brood; well nothing except travelling, shopping, socialising and the odd glass of vino.
